Throughout our effective program, we provide timeshare owners with their unused time rentals and at the same time help others find the perfect timeshare for their vacation. Caribbean International Resort Corp. is an authorized and consolidated company with an experienced staff to maximize the success of our program.

Caribbean International Resort Corp. is a marketing advertising company to bring service to timeshare owners who wish to rent their timeshare, using various marketing techniques.
As soon as the timeshare owner contracts our service, we immediately start with the advertising and marketing to get offers assign as possible. Timeshares properties will be exposed to millions of potential renters as a result of the Caribbean International Resort Corp. advertising program.
Caribbean International Resort Corp. owners have a right to refund of the advertising fee if they provide written notice to Caribbean International Resort Corp. via mail customerservice@caribbeaninternationalresort.com. Written notice must be sent within ten (10) business day upon receipt of confirmation from Caribbean International Resort Corp. Confirmation will be sent to customer after payment is submitted and signed contract is received. Initial term of advertising is ninety (90) days. Caribbean International Resort Corp. will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until the property is rented or sold upon written or verbal notification.
Caribbean International Resort Corp. does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. Caribbean International Resort Corp. is not involved in any negotiation for rent, closing or procuring of renters; any offers submitted by prospective renters utilizing Caribbean International Resort Corp. advertising program will be promptly forwarded to the timeshare owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the timeshare owner can accept, decline or negotiate the offer directly with the prospective renter. Caribbean International Resort Corp cannot and does not apprise the rental price of your timeshare property. The rental price of your property has been established by the timeshare owner, and Caribbean International Resort Corp. has made no representation as to the rental price that timeshare owner may receive.
Caribbean International Resort Corp. does not have a specific renter at the present time and is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort, RCI, interval International or any other outside entities. Caribbean International Resort Corp. does extensive advertising in search engines, print and other advertisements Caribbean International Resort Corp. has made no representation as to the period of time that it will take to sell or rent their timeshare, the guarantee that any particular timeshare interest can be rented at any particular price or within particular time. Because we are a marketing and advertising company, ad we are not involved in the rental, or the negotiation for rental, we are unable to provide with statistics of the percentage of rentals as a result of our advertising program. Our advertisers typically do not inform us when their timeshare is rented.
